Bespoke Event Apps LLC is the developer and publisher of this App. The event itself, "Women’s Leadership Conference 2025", is hosted by Women's Small Business Accelerator (the "Event Organizer"), who has contracted us to develop and publish the App. The App provides users with access to event information such as the agenda, speaker and sponsor profiles, session feedback, and networking features. You may use certain functions of the App without the need to create an account or use cookies. However, to participate in certain activities, such as providing feedback or exchanging contact details with other attendees, you will be required to sign in or complete a profile.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Personal Information:

When you use the App, we collect the following personal information:

• Email address: Required for sign-in and authentication.
• First name and last name: Required to complete your user profile.
• Optional information: You may choose to provide the name of your company, job title, phone number, and a photo. The photo may be taken using your device's camera or selected from your photo library.

2.2. QR Code and Contact Details:

When you scan another user’s QR code or have your QR code scanned, you exchange contact details (email, name, company, job title, phone number, and photo) with that user. This exchange is mutual, meaning both parties will receive each other's contact details.

2.3. Feedback Information:

If you provide feedback for a session, we collect your feedback along with your email address for verification purposes. Your feedback is anonymous but your email may be matched against a ticket purchase database to ensure that only genuine event attendees submit feedback. The Event Organizer uses this feedback to improve future events.

2.4. Usage Data:

We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as the pages you visit, features you use, and the time you spend in the App. This data helps us improve the functionality of the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide you with access to the App’s features, including event agendas, speaker profiles, sponsor information, and feedback functionalities.
• To verify that only event attendees can provide feedback (via email verification).
• To facilitate the exchange of contact details between users via QR codes.
• To allow sponsors to view attendees who have interacted with their sponsor cards.
• To improve the user experience, fix bugs, and optimize the App’s performance.
• To provide the Event Organizer with the necessary feedback for improving future events.

4. Data Sharing

With Other Users:

Your contact details (email, name, company, job title, phone number, and photo) will be shared with other attendees when you scan their QR code, or they scan yours. This exchange is mutual, meaning both parties will receive each other's contact details.

With Sponsors:

If you scan the QR code of a sponsor's representative during the event, your contact details will be shared with that sponsor representative, and you will receive their contact details as well. Sponsors may use your contact details for marketing purposes outside of the App, but we do not facilitate this process.

With Third Parties:

Except for the situations mentioned above, we do not share your personal data with any third parties unless required by law or necessary to provide the App’s services.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time by visiting https://event-app.io/fXr2RP/delete-account. When you delete your account:

• All your contact details will be removed from the contact lists of other users with whom you have connected.
• Any personally identifiable information will be anonymized in a way that cannot be reversed.
• If you choose to use the App again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

6. Camera and Photo Library Access

To use the photo feature of your profile and the QR scanner functionality, the App will request access to your camera and photo library. This access is strictly limited to these features and will not be used for any other purpose.

7. App Notifications

You may choose to receive notifications from the Event Organizer regarding updates and announcements related to the event. You can opt-out of these notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App.
